I’m Nadine, a neuroscientist turned breathwork coach, and
I’m here to share the tools that changed my life!

I spent years chasing success — graduating with a degree in
neuroscience, completing an internship in Boston, and
working on cutting-edge Alzheimer’s research in my PhD.

On paper, I was "I was having it all".
​
I had the career, the credentials, the “dream” trajectory”,
an amazing boyfriend, ánd we sipped coconuts in Bali, enjoyed the luxury in Dubai, hiked in Iceland and roadtripped through the US west coast for weeks together.
​
But inside, I felt stuck, overwhelmed, and disconnected from what truly mattered.
 
The moment that changed everything?

When my PhD supervisors asked me, “Do you even want to pursue this?”
In that moment, I broke down in tears in our online Zoom meeting 😭 I had been pushing myself so hard, chasing external succes, but I wasn’t following my heart.
​
Leaving my PhD was one of the hardest decisions I ever made. I felt like I’d failed. But it was also the moment I began to redefine success — not as external achievements but as living in alignment with my values and purpose.
​
After leaving my PhD, I took a research job at a startup focused on breathing and lowering stress. It was there that I reconnected with the power of the nervous system and breathing — not just as a neuroscientist but as a human being.
​
When I experienced my first full breathwork session, it was as if a switch had been flipped. Breathwork grounded me, gave me clarity, and helped me believe in myself again. It helped me release stuck energy, emotional blocks and heal life experiences, like being bullied in high school.
​
Breathwork became my bridge — from overhelm, feeling stuck and self-doubt to calm, clarity, and confidence. From the life I had, to the life I wanted.
